How we use AI

We use AI across our entire range of services, from analysis and modelling to content production and process efficiency. Alongside language models, we work with tools such as AI agents and custom-built bots. The best solutions come from combining AI’s analytical and modelling power with an expert’s experience. Using AI skilfully is part of our expertise, and it doesn’t push the professional into the background. The expert directs the AI’s work, sets the right questions and boundaries, brings in your company’s context, and makes the final choices and conclusions.

AI delivers the most value when strong AI skills or subject-matter expertise are involved, and ideally both. That’s why we want everyone at Y4 to be among the best in their field at putting AI to use. AI strategies, AI training and implementation support are part of our core services, and we bring the same know-how to our other service areas. We also develop solutions for our own product, the Suunta.ai platform, which puts our AI expertise directly to work supporting our clients’ strategy work.
