
Following a legal amendment in 2017, employers with more than 30 employees are required to provide outplacement coaching for employees who are dismissed for production-related or financial reasons and have been continuously employed by the company for at least five years. Employees over the age of 55 are entitled to extended outplacement support.

The coaching is based on collaboration,
a safe and individual-centered coaching experience. We encourage our clients to engage in open discussions, mutual sharing, and networking.
Our service implementation is effortless. We establish a framework agreement in advance, allowing the service to be initiated as needed. In a transition situation, the company provides us with the contact details of the employees being laid off, and we reach out to them within the same day. We coordinate an initial meeting with participants and define the framework for implementation. Billing is based on the number of users who have started the service. Pricing is legally determined according to the monthly salary of the coached employee.
Based on the situational assessment, the coaching themes may include job searching, career planning, entrepreneurship, service guidance, transition situations, or workplace development. In addition to personalized career coaching for laid-off employees, we also provide training programs for managing transition situations and supporting employees who remain with the company.
